1. Introduction

At JetpackStay.com, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may be eligible for a refund for bookings made through our platform.

2. General Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific service provider (Expedia, Aviasales, Hotels, Airlines, Tour operators, etc.).

  • Customers must review and should understand the cancellation and refund policies of third-party providers before making a booking.

  • JetpackStay Travels acts as an intermediary and does not process refunds directly for third-party services.

  • We may be able to mediate or consult any hotels on behalf of you regarding any bookings made in Sri Lanka to expedite the refunding process if you inform us well in advance prior to the schedule date of travelling provided you had done the bookings through us. If the hotels had already been paid, we have to negotiate with them for your refund. Some hotels do not request a deposit to confirm their booking if they have no fee cancellation policies.

3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Flight Bookings:

  • Refunds depend on the airlines' cancellation policy.

  • Non-refundable tickets will not be eligible for refunds unless stated otherwise by the airline.

  • Refunds for refundable tickets will be processed within 14-30 business days, depending on the airline.

Tour Packages & Activities:

  • If you had booked your Adventure Tour Package to Sri Lanka, and if you want to cancel your Travel Itinerary, we will take every effort to cancel the tour with a full refund. However, if you had requested, 4 to 5* hotels, which if they have their own cancellation terms and conditions, we will still try to refund the full fee depending on the travel season.

  • Full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled activity.

  • If we had already paid for the Government destination tickets those fees may not be refundable. This will happen if your name and the date of entry is recorded in the ticket.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@jetpackstay.com.

  • Please call us immediately if you have changed your travel plan.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method and provider.

  • Some transactions may take longer due to bank processing time.
